Review of the training of boxing 20/6/2011

The first lesson:
More technical practice
1.When one jag,
  a.front feet 45 degree move forward with uppercut or (b.)not,then keep punching
  c.back feet step forward and hit the fist and then keep pucching
2.When one cross,
   just use the opposite side

The second lesson:
1.Rope skipping
2.Step forward and backward
3.Sandbag to practice the step and the punching as well
4.Physical training(Grab the heavy ball and jogging)
5.Stretch
